 Flip Chain Thru 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Ends Trade then Roll. Centers Flip into the vacated end spots and then Roll and move into the center to Swing Thru and Turn Thru to rejoin the waves. Finishes in parallel waves (right hand end in right hand; left hand in left hand). NOTE: "Flip" is coming to mean that certain dancers will run or fold or roll into an adjacent spot that has just been vacated by another dancer. It involves a reversal of facing direction. It doesn't always have this meaning, however.

 Relay The Wave 

Definition:
 

From a Tidal Wave: All arm turn half. The two ends trade places with one another as the center six arm turn 3/4; then the same six single file Circulate once and arm turn 3/4 again. All now arm turn half. Finishes in a Tidal Wave. NOTE: From a left hand Tidal Wave can also do Left Relay The Wave.

 Remake (The Set Up) 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or columns: All arm turn 1/4, those who can arm turn a half by the other arm, then all arm turn 3/4 changing arms once more. Finishes in the same set-up as the one started in.

 Scoot Chain Thru 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Those facing in step thru and move into the center to Swing Thru and Turn Thru. Those facing out Split Circulate or "flip" into vacated adjacent spot. Finishes in parallel waves. If started in left handed waves, dancers in the center will Left Swing Thru and Left Turn Thru to finish in parallel left handed waves.

 Shift The Wave 

Definition:
 

From a wave: Ends Fold, then all step forward into box formation and arm turn 3/4. Right hand wave finishes as a left hand wave and vice versa.

 Spin Chain The Line 

Definition:
 

From facing lines: All step into a Tidal Wave and arm turn half. Centers of each four hand wave arm turn 3/4 and spread as the center two trade and then arm turn adjacent dancer 3/4. Finishes in parallel left hand waves.

 Split Trade By 

Definition:
 

From facing lines: All give a right to opposite and pull by then Quarter Out (turn back on new partner) and Trade By. Finishes in eight chain thru formation.

 Swing And Scoot 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: All Swing half then new centers only Scoot Back as the new ends Circulate. Finishes in parallel waves. NOTE: Ends Swing Half then Scoot the Deucey.

 Turn And Flip 

Definition:
 

From facing couples: Beaux Turn Thru with each other and move into partner's vacated spot to face out. Belles Flip into partner's vacated spot. Finishes as couples back to back.
