Definition:
 

From parallel two faced lines: Couples facing in Circulate half to form a two faced line in the center. Outside dancers in the couples facing out Cast Back to join hands with the end dancer of the two faced line in the center. Inside dancers in the couples facing out "Follow" partner in single file and move out to the ends of a line of eight. Finishes in a line of eight with couples alternately facing. NOTE: This is an older meaning of the term "Roll".

From a regular line, two-faced line or wave: Ends Crossrun and centers Flip into the adjacent end position. A line finishes with a line facing the opposite direction. Waves finish in two-faced lines and two-faced lines in waves.
