| Maker Comments | In the Cuzco region, we find our "Chuncho" cacao which grows relatively near Machu Picchu, one of the new seven wonders of the world. This magical region and its cacao inspired us to make this chocolate that offers a deliciously sweet fruit flavors at the outset that slowly dissipate to leave a light herbal freshness. With this chocolate, we may have created what the Incas could have achieved with their cacao. |
