| Maker Comments | Chocolate milk, coconut, cantaloupe. Porcelana is an extremely rare cacao varietal, famous for its mellow, complex flavors and strikingly pale coloration. Low levels of a dark, bitter pigment present in cacao explain both traits. This bar features ancient Porcelana found by producer Cacao Marquez near the caves of Sorotaima in northwestern Venezuela. |
