| Maker Comments | A classic Venezuelan bean from Ocumare de la Costa, one of the magical cacao growing valleys on the Aragua coast of Northern Venezuela. Trinitario with strong Criollo tendencies. Ocumare has a true dark personality that is gutsy and bold. Earthy backbone, with strong chocolate undertones rounded out with fruity notes in the form of berries and stone fruit.
