| Maker Comments | Brought to you from Burnt Fork Creek where the delightful aroma of chocolate wafts from the kitchen in which this fine chocolate is handcrafted. The 60% dark chocolate is named after a former co-worker, a chocoholic who was not fond of the 72% dark and wasn't afraid to honestly tell me so. After several attempts, I finally developed a recipe he liked and so I named it after him. |
