| Maker Comments | We made this bar from our third set of beans from the Akesson plantation in Madagascar. It has a bold, ripe flavor with a pleasant sourness. Like our other Madagascar batches, it has some wonderful red fruit notes. This time, we noticed strawberries and cherries. |
