| Maker Comments | This Limited Edition Bean to Bar was created in the Spring of 2011 using some great organic beans from two different organic co-operatives in Peru. We got very little of these great beans and spent a lot of time hand sorting, roasting, cracking and processing these gems into a great chocolate. There are less than 500 of these bars. Enjoy! |
