How To Use

  1. Click a card set listed below.
  2. Via your browser, select 'File' then 'Save As'.
  3. Start a word processor and open the file.
  4. Make sure that all text within the file is in a fixed-pitch font such as Courier.
  5. Replace each occurrence of '*** page-break needed ***' with a page break. Then save the file.
  6. Print the file via your word processor.
