 Quarter Chain And Circulate In

From parallel waves or two faced lines: Centers do a Single Hinge then the new centers in the wave across the set Trade and do a Single Hinge with the one met. Meanwhile the ends Circulate once, then Cross Circulate once. Waves finish as waves (right changes to left and vice versa) and two faced lines as two faced lines.
