 Switch The Windmill

Definition:
 

From one quarter tag formation or a line or two faced line between and parallel to two couples facing in: Centers Switch the Wave or Line and arm turn 3/4 or Cast Off 3/4. Outsides turn in, out, right or left as indicated by the call and then Circulate twice. Finishes in various parallel line or wave formations.
