Spin Chain And Cross And Wheel

Definition:

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: Do a Spin Chain Thru but make the last arm turn a single hinge (instead of a 3/4 arm turn) and the outsides do a U-turn back to give parallel two faced lines. All now do a Cross And Wheel (See Challenge Dancing's Basic Calls). Finishes in parallel two faced lines.
