 Quarter The Alter

Definition:
 

Same as Alter the Wave except all turns (including the distance the star turns) are quarter turns. From parallel waves or column formation: All Single Hinge, new centers Single Hinge as ends turn back. Make a star and turn it one quarter as the original ends turn into the center of a new wave as the others step up to become ends. From parallel waves, finishes in a Tidal Wave. From column formation, finishes in parallel waves.
