Skip Smith

Skip Smith began calling around 1960. He started by teaching classes and calling club dances throughout New England. For two years he taught and critiqued at callers clinics. Skip began calling on a full-time basis around 1970 and in 1979 he and his wife, Pauline, moved from Massachusetts to Florida. He called from Basic through C1. Skip called at many festivals and traveled with Dick Leger and the Fairweather Squares on many far-flung trips.
