The Monarch Mavericks Square Dance Club dances SSD and Plus in a lovely heritage venue with
original 1927 wood floor, and enjoys the talents of national and state callers.
Andrith Davis and Michael Turley both cue rounds, Ph II-IV, pre-rounds and RBTs.
Though the club enjoys dressing up, we have no dress code for members or guests, and welcome
anyone who wants to dance. Once the weather turns hot, we all enjoy casual dress and
encourage campers and travelers to do the same.
The second Saturday of each June, the club is dark so that members may attend the Colorado State
Square Dance Festival. The club is also dark the fourth Saturday in December.
