First Congregational Church, 2555 Santiago Street 1. Take I-5 to 17th Street exit in Santa Ana (just south of Main Place Mall) If you are traveling south: turn right at the bottom of the 17th St./Penn Ave. off-ramp. This puts you on Penn Ave. Turn right (east) on 17th St, then left on Santiago. If you are traveling north: stay in the center lane of the exit ramp and travel forward onto Santiago. 2.
