David was born on July 28, 1934 in Austin, Minnesota. He graduated from
Roosevelt High School in 1952. David was married to Ruth Parsons on
September 26, 1953. He was a square dance instructor and caller for over
46 years, which allowed him to travel not only in the United States but
overseas as well. He passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the age of 76.
