I started calling in 1972 and have called in many states for festivals and specials as well as club dances. I currently call for 3 clubs. Two in Oklahoma City, OK area Funtimers and Circle Eight, which was formed in 1937 and has danced continuously since. I am only there 3rd paid caller and have called for them since 1978, (circle8squaredanceclub.com) and one in Lawton, OK. The Star Promenaders (starpromenaders.info) I am currently Immediate Past-President of American Callers Association and have earned the Accredited Callers Training Specialist designation as well as the Certified Teacher. I am currently serving as Treasurer of the Central District Callers Association of Oklahoma am a charter member of the Oklahoma State Callers and Teachers Association. I teach beginning square dance lessons regularly as well as teach through the entire ACA program and/or Callerlab Plus.
