I've been calling intermittently since July 2011. Currently, I am the interim caller for the Dixie Square Thrus in Sylacauga, AL twice a month and call random tips at local clubs at the request of the club caller. I truly love square dancing and calling! The people I have encountered are amazing and very supportive! Working together, it is my desire that the square dancing community will expand and become an activity that people recognize, participate in, and enjoy on a grander scale! There are so many benefits of square dancing, and I'll consider it my personal goal to do my part in promoting this wonderful form of dance!
