I just moved to Alaska summer of 2009. I've been a Round Dance Cuer & Roundalab member for 3 years 2007-2009. I'm working on learning to Square Dance call also, would like to start a Round Dancing & Square Dance Club on the Peninsula. I have danced in Washington State since I was 8 yrs old. Danced in competition as a teen. As a Adult I danced in Olympia WA, belonging to 3 clubs. Cued for 3 clubs in Washington State. The Wagon Wheels in Kent (Main-stream), Square Ones in Olympia (Plus) and Double A's Olympia (A1-A2). I'm looking forward to being a active person in the Alaska Square & Round Dancing community. Update information: We are having Square & Round Dance lessons on Thursday nights 6:30-9:00 in the Ninilchik Senior Center. We are having Round Dancing at the Soldotna Senior Center on Monday afternoons 12:45-2:30.
