We sponsor All-Round Dancing opportunities twice monthly on 1st & 3rd Sundays in Demorest, GA. We teach two sets of weekly classes, one at the beginner level (phase 2/3) and one at the intermediate/advanced levels (phase 4/5/6). I started taking round dance classes in 2002, started cueing in late 2003, and then began teaching in early 2004. We are current members of BMI/ASCAP, ROUNDALAB, and the Georgia Round Dance Teacher's Association. We are past members of DRDC, ICBDA, and the North Carolina Round Dance Teacher's Association. I have cued and we have taught at several State Conventions(GA), (AL) and (TN), weekend festivals. In 2007 I cued and we taught at our first National Square Dance in Charlotte, NC. In 2019, we served as the Assistant Vice-Chairs of Rounds and the Directors of Showcases for the 2019 National Square Dance Convention held in Atlanta, GA. I have cued at local colleges for their special dances and we danced 200+ students/faculty through line dances, easy round dance mixers, easy square dance tips and some easy level contra dances. We have also been hired to teach couples some easy ballroom dance steps for their wedding dance receptions. Please give us a call if you're interested.
