Notes:
  • Non-designated dancers only move if a designated dancer is moving into their spot.
  • Only the designated dancers can Roll.
  • On Cross Kick Off (from a Line), designated dancers must either both be Centers or both be Ends.

Kick Off is similar to Run in that non-designated dancers only move if a 'runner' is moving into their position:
