Grand expands a call normally done from a 4-dancer setup (such as a 2 x 2 or 1 x 4) into a call that involves more (typically 8) dancers (working in an 8-dancer setup such as a 2 x 4 or 1 x 8). EN: 60

- From Columns, Grand usually means that the #1 dancer does the Leader's part of the call as the others do the Trailer's part of the call. (For example, from Columns, a Grand Scoot & Dodge has the #1 dancer Dodge as the others Grand Scoot Back [Triple Scoot]). EN: 70
