The Capital Squares holds Mainstream/PLUS 2x2 Square and round dances the 1st and 3rd Saturday
of the month, September thru May. Please check our website for caller and theme information.
The mainstream portion of the night runs from 6:30 to 8:00 and the PLUS is danced from
8:00 to 9:30.
We run Monday night PLUS lessons/workshop year around from 7-9:30. The location and caller
varies.
MAINSTREAM Lessons/workshop are held year around as well on Tuesday nights from 7:00-9:30. The Tuesday night lessons/dances are held at St. James United Methodist Church.
