Joseph "Joe" Fioretti, 48, Homosassa, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005 at his home.

Born Sept. 30, 1957, in Newark, NJ, to Frank Robert Fioretti and Rose Ann (Zaccaro) Fioretti, he moved here from Island Heights, NJ, 16 years ago.

Mr. Fioretti was an electrician for Coast to Coast Electric. He was also a square dance caller.

He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Homosassa, Knights of Columbus All Saints Council No. 6954 of Homosassa Springs, Rotary Club of Homosassa Springs and the American and Florida Square Dance Caller Associations.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Elizabeth G. (Elley) Fioretti of Homosassa; one son, Joseph C. Fioretti of Ocala; three daughters, Jennifer Fioretti and Julie L. Fioretti both of Orlando, and Lisa E. Fioretti of Homosassa; his father, Frank R. Fioretti of Lady Lake; brother, Frank R. Fioretti Jr. of New Jersey; and two sisters, Mary Rose Brandis of Toms River, NJ and Susan Cowdrick of Island Heights, NJ.
