The Event Database contains information on upcoming
Square Dance and Round Dance events.
The information includes
- The type of event (e.g., festival, weekend, etc.)
- Date, time, and location
- Level(s)
- List of callers, cuers, and prompters at the event
- Directions, contact information, etc.
- Links to home pages, flyers, the sponsoring club, the callers and cuers

The Event Database is an online relational database.
- Event organizers can update their event information online.
- Updated event information is immediately available to the public.
- Search queries can be used to locate specific kinds of events.
- The Event Database currently references 1142 events from 25 countries.

We are continually striving to improve the Event Database.

To provide a place to list upcoming conventions, festivals, weekends,
and dances of interest to dancers, callers, and cuers
- To include all pertinent data relating to the event
- To allow search queries to find specific kinds of events

Some data within the Event Database may be incorrect.
Use at your own risk.

The database administrator will attempt to ensure that
- Links to web sites work
- There is no offensive or profane language
- There are no links to sex sites
- Data appears consistent across the dataset

Since the web is constantly changing, some links will occasionally go 'dead'.
