Almond Coconut Energy Bites
- 4 cups Rolled oats
- 2 cups Coconut chunks
- 2 cups Bittersweet chocolate chips
- 8 fluid ounces Maple syrup
- 16 ounces Smooth almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Mix all ingredients together until ingredients are fully coated and keep their shape when pressed into a ball.
Chill for 2 hours.
Bring to room temperature and enjoy!
