Directions:

  1. In the oil from the artichokes, fry the onion and garlic until limp. Beat the eggs, add soda crackers, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
  2. Add parsley, grated cheese, crackers and the chopper artichoke hearts. Drain onions and add to mixture.
  3. Pour into a greased 8" x 12" pan for 35-45 minutes at 325 degrees until firm. Cool and cut into squares. Can be frozen.
