Out-Facing Ends (the 'Out-Rollers') should identify themselves by raising a hand, and/or making a noise (e.g., whistle, yell "me") so that the other dancers in their line know toward which end to move. EN: 40

Here Comes The Judge is the same as Prefer the End Belle for an Out Roll Circulate. EN: 367
