As a result of the voting by the members of the CALLERLAB Challenge Committee who actively call C3A...

The following changes have been made to the C3A list (February 2000):

Methodology

Votes were solicited from CALLERLAB members via postal mailing, and from dancers and callers via the web. However, only votes by CALLERLAB members actively calling C3A were used for the final determination. The other votes were helpful in resolving close votes and identifying situations that required further reconsideration.

Guidelines for final determination:
- To drop a call, 50% is needed
- To add a call, 66% is needed
- To rename a call, there was no set guideline. We (CALLERLAB Challenge Committee Chairman Ed Foote, and Vice-Chairman Vic Ceder) reviewed the voting results and made an executive decision to rename the call.
