Make it easy for users to implement a TEACHING ORDER.
For individual list...
after List Create, allow user to order the items
in the list by their teaching order. Each list should
have their own order, as different classes may be in
a different order!
Be able to filter sequences within dances by maximum
teaching order #.
Be able to copy teaching order from one list to another.
