Preferences - Dancers

Previous Tab   Next Tab

This window changes sizes and colors of dancer icons used within the program. The Formation Bitmap window has its own styling.

Dancer Sizes

The upper portion of the window has two scroll bars, one for Normal dancer icons, and one for Small dancer icons. The small icons are primarily used for the 'Before' pictures in windows such as Sequence - Edit [Graphics] and Snapshot - View.

Slide the scroll bar left to decrease the icon size, or slide right to increase the icon size. Alternatively, enter a number (the size in pixels, range 12 to 100) within the corresponding edit box.

The button sets the dancer sizes to their default values.

There are two checkboxes for changing the icon style.
  1. Invert Noses - noses are inside the icon
  2. Double Width - icon border is double-width

Dancer Colors

There are two ways to change the dancer colors.

  1. Via Scheme buttons

    • Standard - "darker" colors.

    • Pastel A - "lighter" colors.

    • Pastel B - same as Pastel A, but with "lighter" text.

    • B + W - black and white icons.

  2. Via Color buttons

    • There are 16 buttons above.
    • 1 thru 8 indicate the Couple #
    • Top row buttons modify icon background colors
    • Bottom row bottoms modify text color
    • For example, column 2 is for Couple #2. Their background color is green, and their text color is black.
    • Press a button to change the desired color.

The button restores dancers to their original colors, before the Preferences window was opened.
