The Add Couple by Name dialog box can be invoked from the
Dancer Table window
via the 'Add Dancer(s) to Table' toolbar button followed by 'Couple by Name',
or via the menu item 'Edit | Add couple by name'.
Enter data for the couple, then press the 'Save' button to add the two dancers
to the Dance Table.
Or, press the 'Save then Add Another Couple' (or F1 key)
to add the dancers then re-invoke this dialog box to enter another new couple.
