How to Add Dancers to a Rotation

To be in a rotation, each dancer must have an entry in the Dancer Table.

Populate the Dancer Table (see Dancer Table - Add / Edit), then open a rotation (see Rotation) and select dancers to add to the rotation from the Dancer Table.

The easiest way is to open a rotation, then select the Add Dancers to Rotation button.

  • Select one or more dancers from the Dancer Table, then press the Add Selected Dancer(s) to Rotation button.
  • If a dancer is not listed in the Dancer Table and is not already in the rotation, the new dancer can be added to the Dancer Table via several options. After being added, a prompt appears whether or not to add the dancer to the current rotation.
