The Open Rotation window opens a rotation, and also allows for creating, deleting or copying a rotation.

This window can be invoked from the Main Window via the 'Rotation' button then selecting 'Open Existing Rotation', or from the Rotation Window via the menu option 'File | Open Rotation'.

Toolbar buttons:

	- Prompts for 'Preferences - New Rotation', then creates a new rotation.
	- Opens the 'Preferences - this Rotation' dialog box.
	- Prompts for confirmation, then deletes the selected rotation.
	- Prompts for confirmation, then makes a copy of the selected rotation.
	- Allows the grid to be customized. See Customize Grid
