Sequence - Print dialog box

The Print Sequence dialog box allows the current sequence to be printed.

This dialog box can be invoked from several places in the program, wherever a sequence displayed. The option is available from the window's menu, or from a pop-up menu invoked by right-clicking on the sequence.

The sequence can be sent to either a printer or to a file.

For example, right-clicking on a sequence within the View Sequence window:

Select the 'Print...' option.

to Printer

• Normal - prints the sequence in black and white.
  For example,
   
• RTF Color - prints the sequence as an color RTF file.
  For example,
   
• If desired, press the button to see what the printed sequence will look like. If you like what you see, press the 'Print Document' menu item from the Preview window. You can then select the desired printer.

• Windows Print dialog box:
  This window will appear different on different versions of Windows.
  
  Select the desired printer from the 'Select Printer' section, then press the 'Print' button to finally print the sequence.

to File

• RTF Color to File - writes the sequence to an RTF file.
   
• ASCII to File - writes the sequence to a text file.
   
• Prompt for filename - when checked, you are prompted for the name and location of the file to be saved. Otherwise, the file is written to the default output folder.
