The 3rd part of Pass The Axle is "trade".
This is diffrent from Caller Lab definition.
It is" swing" in CAller lab.
Why is it" trade"?

Swing is only allowed from a 2x4 in which everyone is in a Mini-Wave.
Trade is a more generic term, which can be done either a Mini-Wave or a Couple.
When Pass The Axle is modified, such as
"Interrupt After Part 2 with an Ends Pass Thru",
the call can then be completed using the Trade definition
whereas Swing is no longer applicable.
