Right | Left Roll to a Wave
When is Right (Left) Roll to a Wave legal (but not very "exciting') for dancers facing, i.e. just (left or right) touch?

It's quite legal. It's just the degenerative case.

I'd only call it from an asymmetric formation or at challenge (e.g., from Magic Columns perhaps).
