1. Create MP3 files (with extension .mp3).
2. Name the files as follows:

   <title>-<label>-<number>.mp3

   1. Only capitalize the first letter of each word.
   2. Spaces within the filename are okay.

   For example,

   • Rasputin-ABC-12.mp3
   • Comin'ToAmerica-SilverSounds-104.mp3
   • Suwanne-ESP-124.mp3
   • Grandfather's Clock - Cardinal - 10.mp3
   • NewtronDance-Chaparral-321.mp3

   Naming the mp3 files in this manner allows the program to automatically extract the title, label, and number when the mp3 file is loaded into the music database.

3. Copy the mp3 files into a folder on your hard disk (e.g., c:\sqdata\mp3). Try to keep all your mp3 files in the same folder if possible.
4. Start the CSDS program and select 'Music | Edit Music Database' to bring up the music database.
5. Select 'Edit | Add all MP3 Files from Folder', then select the folder containing the mp3 files (e.g., c:\sqdata\mp3). The program then automatically loads all new mp3 files from the folder into the music database.

If you don't have the 'Add all MP3 Files from Folder' option, then you need to upgrade your copy of the CSDS program. Download the latest version from our website.
