Mini-Disks - Loop markers

Do I lose break marks if I copy from mini-discs to Mp3? If so, can I use CSDS to re-enter the break marks, or to place a loop mark in the Mp3 file?

Loop markers are lost when you copy from mini-disc to Mp3.

CSDS allows you to set loop markers.

Be aware that the loop resets in CSDS are not always as smooth as those on an MD (sometimes there's a slight pause or jump), but they're still a heckuva lot better than manual resets.
