From Facing Couples (or a R-H Wave).

Pass Thru;
Face the adjacent dancer (1/4 In);
Step To A Right-Hand Wave (Touch).

Ends in a R-H Wave.

Pass The Ocean is a 3-part call.

Notes:

Blend the 3 parts of the call definition into one smooth movement.
From normal Facing Couples, Pass The Ocean feels like Slide Thru and Step To A Wave.
Belles (right-side dancers) smooth out the movement by catching left-hands as they pass each other (like a Left Touch 1/4).
