anyone Kick Off:: From a Couple, Mini-Wave, or other applicable formation. EN: 10; Designated dancers do your part of Run & Roll as dancers occupying a designated dancer's destination spot do your part of Partner Tag. EN: 20
anyone Cross Kick Off:: From a Line or other applicable formation. EN: 30; Designated dancers Cross Run & Roll as dancers occupying a designated dancer's destination spot do your part of Partner Tag. EN: 40

Notes:

Non-designated dancers only move if a designated dancer is moving into their spot. EN: 45

Kick Off is similar to Run in that non-designated dancers only move if a 'runner' is moving into their position: EN: 65
