The Courtesy Turn movement (after the Right Pull By and move along) is
sometimes described as 1/4 Out; Courtesy Turn.
We dislike this definition for 2 reasons: EN: 40
The Belle's part is somewhat awkward because there is first a 1/4
Out (to the Right) and then Courtesy Turn (to the Left) 1/2,
instead of just a smooth Courtesy Turn (1/4). EN: 50

Centers Left-face U-Turn Back to place R-H on adjacent End's back and
