Non-designated dancers do their part of the given call, "dragging" (or pulling) the designated dancers along with them.
Suggested syntax:
| In the following diagrams, = Boy and = Girl. | ||||||
| Drag The Girls For A Ping Pong Circulate:
Boys do a normal Ping Pong Circulate, holding onto the adjacent Girl. For the Centers, this amounts to a Cross Concentric Ah So; for the Outsides, this amounts to a Cross Concentric Veer Left.
| Drag The Center Girls: 3 By 1 Triangle Circulate:
| ||||||
| Drag The Boys: Once Removed Diamond Circulate:
| ||||||
| Drag The Boys For A Walk Out To A Wave:
(Choreographically equivalent to Breaker 3)
| Centers Drag The Girls: All Twist The Line:
| ||||||
| Drag The Center Girls: Couple Up:
|
Note to callers: Since dragging a dancer backward can often result in awkward
choreography, be careful when applying this concept.
