If no fraction is given, complete a full Tag The Line.

Notes:

As with Tag The Line, the caller can optionally give a direction after the call
(e.g., Cross Flip The Line Left), in which case upon completion of the call,
turn 1/4 in place toward the given direction.

1/2 Cross Flip The Line is equivalent to
2/3 Cross Cycle,
except that nobody can Roll on a 1/2 Cross Flip The Line.
