Notes:
  • Boys turn right 1/4, Girls turn left 3/4.
  • Curlique is equivalent to Touch 1/4.
  • Curlique is a sex-dependent call.
  • Curlique was often confused with Box The Gnat. In Curlique, the Boy turns 1/4 to the right as the Girl turns 3/4 to the left, to end in a R-H Mini-Wave. In Box The Gnat, the Boy still turns to the right and the Girl turns to the left, but both dancers turn 1/2, to end in Facing Dancers.
  • On Curlique & Roll, dancers end in Tandem with the man facing the lady's back.

Curli-Cross [C4] (Lee Kopman 1968): From Facing Couples or a R-H Wave. Curlique (Touch; Boy does his part Right Arm Turn 1/4 as Girl Left-face 3/4 Turn to end in the Boy's original starting position); Trailers diagonal L-H (outside hand) pull by. Ends in Back-to-Back Couples. This is a 2-part call. Curli-Cross, which was once on the A1 list, was the inspiration for anything & Cross. Curlique (Touch; Boy dělá svoji část Right Arm Turn 1/4 zatímco Girl Left-face 3/4 Turn tak, aby skončila na pánově původní výchozí pozici); Trailers diagonálně pull by za vnější (levou) ruku. Končí v Back-to-Back Couples. Tato figura má dvě části. Figura Curli-Cross, která byla kdysi na A1, byla inspirací pro anything & Cross.

Curli-Pass [C4] (Lee Kopman 1976): From applicable formations. Those designated (or those facing) Curlique; those facing Pass Thru. This is a 2-part call. The Pass Thru usually involves an inactive dancer(s).
