C3B Changes

The following changes have been made to the C3B list (August 2000):

Methodology

Votes were solicited from specific callers via postal mailing, and from dancers and callers via the web. However, only votes by callers actively calling C3B were used for the final determination. The other votes were helpful in resolving close votes and identifying situations that required further reconsideration.
Guidelines for final determination:
- To drop a call, 50% is needed
- To add a call, 66% is needed
