Make an ocean wave, girls trade and then swing thru
All eight circulate go once and a half and then
Turn thru, swing the corner, promenade go around again

Right & left thru, turn the girl, pass the ocean go
Swing thru and the boys trade and turn thru you know
Do an allemande left the corner then do the right & left grand
When you meet your lady promenade go round the land
