Join hands and make a ring, circle left go moving round
Four ladies roll away, circle left while you're that way
Allemande left with the corner girl, come back and weave the ring
Wind in and out you go, keep moving, don't be slow
Swing and whirl when you meet your girl
Promenade and sing along

FIGURE Mainstream, corner progression
1 & 3 (2 & 4) you promenade halfway around the ring
Lead to the right and circle four
Break out make a line and go forward up and back with you
Then do a right & left thru (turn the girl)
Pass thru, wheel & deal and the center 4
Swing thru go two by two, turn thru to the corner one
Swing this girl around and then, promenade and sing along
