OPENER - MIDDLE BREAK - CLOSER

Head ladies tea party promenade
Good morning, America, how are you?
Don't you know me, I'm your native son
I'm the train they call the "City of New Orleans"
I'll be gone 500 miles 'fore the day is done

Circle left
Allemande left and weave around the ring now
That old conductor, seems to be on time
Dosado
Promenade on the train down to Nashville
Chug on home
and swing the gal you know

FIGURE    A1, corner progression

Four ladies chain 3/4 round you go
Those heads pair off and step to a wave, swing thru
Girls fold, peel the top, go two by two you go
Step thru, left allemande and weave the ring
It's night time on the "City of New Orleans"
Dosado and promenade by two
Sixteen cars and sixteen restless riders, I know
Chug on home
and swing the girl you do

Tea party promenade: From square position, head ladies go into the middle and do a right forearm 3/4 turn to the side position, side couple promenade to the head position to their right and turn away in four count beat to end facing center. To send the new head ladies in for 3/4 turn, original head men promenade to the right of the square and pick up their original partner and turn her and promenade to the right to the head position, at this point all couples are half around the square. Four times and you are back home with partner.
